Pilkada applying information technology of at process of execution of regional leader election, its seberapapun level, in research off is hereinafter referred to as e-PILKADA. From the problems required by model of Elekronik PILKADA (e-PILKADA) in province of East Java of concerning role of Information Technology in management Pilkada in East Java and model the e-PILKADA to be applied in East Java.
