Man is homo economics, so neither man/women without an economical transaction in his/her life, in other hand man is homo religious, so neither man/women without a ‘halal and haram’ values for his/her economical transaction. This article discussions the topic an Axiological Responsibility of Producer for Consumer Protection. The purpose of this discussion are: understands what is the nature of axiological responsibility; conscious the rule of axiological responsibility in the economical transaction; how the producer might to care on the axiological responsibility that way the consumer is protected;  what is the effectiveness of producer’s axiological responsibility for consumers practically. The study under report is descriptive analysis. The results of analysis are:  the nature of axiological responsibility are logic, ethic, esthetic, religious, and politic considerations of professional who are doing everything include in the economical transactions;  the axiological responsibility educates all of producer be carefully to do his/her jobs;  there are many procedure how the producer might to care on the axiological responsibility that way the consumer is protected; and In fact, several producers was getting axiological responsibility effectively
