ABSTRACT

Regional Government’s effort in reform public service bureaucracy and administrative by improvement profesional apparatures. In the period of regional autonomy, regional government are entrusted with a bingger and bigger role in serving their constituents. The developvement planing and control generally to inforce understanding and implementation reformation beaurocracy by improvement organization of basic services, implementation of basic services, sosialisation and workshop apparatures. In the other side, monitoring dan evaluation agains government officers. Their are organisation, human resouces, policies, controlling and accuntablity, public service, mindset dan culture set. The development which is being undertaken by the people of Indonesia ia aimed at improving community welfare and quality of life. These efforts must be undertaken in compliance with integrated, comprehensive policies as well as taking into account the needs of present and future generations.
